3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photographs showing the problem
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to the standard return procedure.
